Methods of Payment
We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, certified check, personal check and money orders. If you choose to make payment by check or money order, payment must be received and clear before merchandise is shipped.

Sales to Connecticut residents will have 6% sales tax added to their orders.

Objects of Envy ships most orders via UPS or FedEx within 48 hours and you will be notified immediately of any backorders. The usual transit time is 6-10 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. In a rush? Express service is available.

Gift Cards
We will gladly include gift cards with your purchases. Upon checkout, please fill in the necessary area to have one included.
Gift Wrapping
Your purchase can be giftwrapped in our signature gift boxes. Giftwrapping includes our gift box, a beautiful decorative bow, a gift card with your message and appropriate wrapping paper for the occasion. The charge for this service is $4.00. (Please note that due to size limitations, there are some items that cannot be giftwrapped).

Corporate Gifts
Our products are excellent corporate gifts, whether for important clients or an employee recognition gift. Our pieces are beautiful as is, or can be engraved, mounted on bases or varied other options. If you prefer, we can develop a custom piece for you. We work with many major corporations and have utilized company colors, logos, etc. into custom pieces. We can handle it all, right down to packaging with your company logo.
If you are decorating corporate offices but do not want the capital outlay, please ask about our special rental program with which you may rent pieces on a temporary basis and swap them out for other pieces as you wish or our rent to own program with which you are the owner of the piece(s) at the end of the term.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have ordered from Objects of Envy, you may return or exchange within 30 days.
- When returning an item, you must email or call Objects of Envy first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please do not ship back without obtaining this number first. Send emails to returns@objectsofenvy.com.
- All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition in the same packaging. We cannot accept a return on any item that has been used.
- Special orders, gift certificates and any monogramming or engraving are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- When returning a package to Objects of Envy, we recommend using UPS or FedEx. Sorry, no COD’s accepted.

Breakage in Shipment
Occasionally an item may break in transit. This is not your problem. Please notify us immediately upon opening your package if there is any breakage. You will be asked to repack the item in the box and materials it came in and we will send UPS back to pick it up at our expense. When we receive the package, a replacement piece will be shipped.
